Job description

General Description:

To manage the daily operations of Ad Sales Scheduling/Coordinating to ensure compliance of Newsmax policies and support the department to enable growth.

Ad Sales Support Coordinator reports to the Director of Sales and works daily with Account Executives.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Schedule weekly/monthly/quarterly campaigns in support of Ad Sales Account Executive

Communicate potential issues, unusual activity, risks and opportunities related to your assigned advertisement space.

Enforce creative restrictions and deadlines to assigned units

Help to facilitate implementation of new ad units or department software/applications.

Participate/Assist in special Ad Sales projects and support various department initiatives.

Ensuring client creative is compliant to specifications and guidelines.

Cover for other Ad Sales Support Coordinators on an as needed basis.

Other duties as assigned

Daily Responsibilities:

Reviewing daily reporting

Reporting Daily Ad Tracking to Sales Representatives

Reception Desk Coverage

Reassign, correct and merge CRM records

Provide CRM activity reporting to the Director.

Intake, management and distribution of leads for sales team

Tracking CRM communications

Schedule/Book magazine creative for the Ad Sales team daily.

Position Requirements:

High School diploma required,

Bachelor s degree desired.

Google DFP/digital ad serving platforms experience highly desired

Email HTML Experience a plus

Microsoft Excel Experience required

Previous experience within advertising and or marketing organization a plus.

Ability to work within strict time deadlines.

Ability to work independently.
