Kforce has a client in Boca Raton, FL that is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst.Responsibilities: * The Salesforce Business Analyst will build and support Salesforce applications and customizations * Configure and develop custom objects/ applications using Salesforce.com * Work with business users, business analysts and IT project managers to understand business requirements and deliver them * Develop and implement high quality software to implement the design within the agreed scope, time and budget constraints of the project, and in accordance with the Insight standards, procedures and guidelines * The Salesforce Business Analyst will facilitate the testing and release of software solutions and the handover of systems to support * Provide technical guidance to IT colleagues Provide second line support to the user community: * Analyze user requirements, create user specifications and apply proven application development and agile methodologies in order to accomplish business goals * Work with customers to understand their system requirements- maps process models, designs technical solutions to satisfy requirements, and completes formal system testing * Salesforce Business Analyst will work with vendors to be current on product features, and to support the alignment of the implementation strategy with the product's roadmap- educate end-users on available functionality * Ensure delivery of business needs in a timely cost-effective manner * Assist in developing project plans, assigning the appropriate technical resources and cost estimations * Regularly communicate complex, technical issues to non-technical business leaders and technical project stakeholders by providing timely generation and distribution of content and project work * The Salesforce Business Analyst will monitor progress of technical issue resolution and negotiate solutions as necessary * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent experience * Certified to Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) and Service Cloud Consultant * 4 years of experience with Salesforce * 3 years of IT experience * 3-5 years specific to system administration and/or business analysis * 2 years of experience in software implementation is required * 1 years of project management experience preferred * Experience in a Business Analyst role * Strong written and oral communication skills * Must possess a strong understanding of appropriate back office workflows, commercially available technology, relational database concepts, and package system implementations * Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills * Hands on experience with Salesforce (Classic and Lightning) * Exposure to a variety of Salesforce products (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud) * Data analytics, management and migration experience * Strong documentation expertise * Gathering requirements experience * Agile methodology experience Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
