Today, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Specialist to join our growing team in our Bonita Springs, FL office. This person will collaborate with key stakeholders and oversee the support and management of special traditional and digital marketing programs across the enterprise, including the website and community-wide marketing campaigns, email communications, and platforms designed to support lead generation, lead conversion optimization, and reputation marketing.
***This is an onsite position in Bonita Springs, FL. A BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree is a requirement***

What you will be doing
- Oversee and execute all enhancements and updates to the website in collaboration with our digital partners and the VP of Marketing.
- Facilitate marketing plans for special programs by defining strategy, identifying precise tasks and timelines, and next steps to move the project forward from beginning to end
- Create and maintain comprehensive marketing project documentation and ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Manage changes to projects scope, schedule and costs as needed to support marketing objectives and goals.
- Track project and long-term performance goals and ROI, and produce and distribute status reports on a regular basis.
- Coordinate any internal resources and/or third parties/vendors for any part of the execution of marketing projects including but not limited to, changes to websites, SEO optimizations and content marketing.
- Administer support of all MA platforms including new implementation roll-outs, user setup and management, facilitation of technical support and cross-functional training as needed with sales teams.
- Work with Marketing team members and other department stakeholders to spearhead aspects of digital marketing through our MA platform.
- Oversee creation, distribution and list management within our MA platform for all email marketing and corporate communication efforts. Identify gaps in marketing data and conversion opportunities through segmentation and analysis.
- Establish goals and objectives in order to reach customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional). Develop dashboards within our Marketing Automation (MA) platform, HubSpot. Report on key KPIs as needed.
- Collaborate with all marketing platform and CRM partners to ensure successful data integrations between systems; track, report and manage the successful handoff of leads from marketing to sales distribution team.
- Provide data-driven insights. Monitor and report campaign performance with detailed tracking across relevant KPIs. Work with BI team to ensure proper tracking and enhanced reporting. Suggest ways to improve.
- Working closely with key stakeholders and other cross-functional teams, develop marketing communications campaigns designed to optimize the lead generation, conversion and nurturing process through email marketing, content, landing pages and other digital channels.
- Analyze and interpret online behaviors to understand what types of activities turn visitors into leads; continually work towards conversion rate optimization.
- Build successful email marketing programs to support lead generation and communication of corporate programs and community-wide campaigns. This includes but is not limited to A/B testing subject lines, images, copy, design, templates, open rates and deliverability.
- Optimize calls-to-action and user experience to improve website flow and lead conversion.
- Collaborate on reputation management process in collaboration with Sr. Marketing Manager and 3rd party vendors
- Continue to review and refine processes to simplify and create efficiencies
- Execute and meet the strategic objectives set by Marketing leadership

Educational Requirements And Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (preferred), Advertising, Communications or Journalism
- Digital and traditional Marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment.
- Proactive with a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies in order to execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, social media platforms and marketing automation programs and database marketing
- Highly self-motivated
- Deadline oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
