JOIN OUR HIGH-ENERGY, FAST-PACED RETAIL SALES TEAM! We will train you from the ground up to be an expert in the self-directed IRA industry. You will be building relationships with leads and current clients. The IRA Specialist has a base of 35k plus a commission structure.
NuView Trust is currently looking for an IRA Sales Specialist to join our team in Longwood, FL. As a member of the NuView Trust Sales team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues, as they combine their efforts to generate new Individual Retirement Accounts for clients looking to invest. The IRA Specialist position is fast-paced, fun, and gives associates the ability to travel nationally to different real estate investment conferences across the country. IRA Specialists will also learn valuable sales techniques, marketing strategies, and investment strategies used through the industry.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Managing a pipeline of incoming leads, and helping those leads become clients
- Converting qualified leads to new account holders by helping them understand the product and its many benefits.
- Educating clients and non-non clients about the many benefits of NuView's IRA products.
- Attending events both locally and nationally to identify new sources of business. The IRA Specialist may travel up to 15% a week.
- Answer phones and make outbound calls to lead sources and referral sources.
- Build industry relationships and referral sources to increase your own personal book of business.
- Deliver short presentations to small and midsize investment groups both live and online.
- Help NuView's Sales Associate Team hit their monthly and quarterly goals for new accounts opened, as well as develop your own personal sales goals.

.Requirements:- Must have a bachelor's degree or higher or 2-5 years of sales experience.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Fearless and passionate self-starter consistently demonstrating positive attitude and persistency
- Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and successfully prioritize daily schedule
- Ability to schedule meetings and speaking engagements for senior sales team members
- Previous inside or outside sales experience selling to businesses and/or consumers preferred
- Demonstrate ability to develop strong rapport and empathize with others over the phone
- Excellent communication and active listening skills with vocal clarity and qualification questions
- Demonstrate abilities to utilize resources and work effectively with others as a team player
