Responsibilities

Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center (PSBHC) is an intensive inpatient psychiatric program for males and females, ages 5 to 17 years old. PSBHC offers a highly structured supportive and safe environment for children and adolescents who are experiencing behavioral, emotional, family, and social challenges.

Suncoast Behavioral Health Center, opened its doors in 2014 and provides the highest quality of behavioral healthcare for patients in a safe, secure and nurturing environment. The hospital offers unique treatment programs across inpatient, partial and intensive outpatient settings for adolescents, adults and mature adults.

These facilities, located in Bradenton, FL, are seeing a Recruitment and Retention Manager to provide support to both hospitals. Reporting to the Group CEO, the Recruitment & Retention Manager provides recruiting services for assigned positions. This includes sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. Performing the full life cycle of recruiting and maintaining relationships with the hiring managers, candidates, and new hires. Develops recruitment techniques, strategies and action plans to efficiently cover recruitment workload. Coordinates with the HR Directors at each location regarding recruitment initiatives, to include compensation for all prospective applicants. The Recruitment & Retention Manager also maintains touch-points with new hires and works with facility management on retention strategies and activities.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years working within a Recruiting role; preferably within a healthcare setting.
* Required Knowledge and Skills:
* Ability to source jobs as well as negotiate and work with recruiting firms
* Experience working with an automated applicant tracking system
* MS Word, Excel and PowerPoin
* Experience with high volume recruiting and the ability to handle/juggle multiple tasks
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
