Are you an HR EXPERT with experience in employment law, onboarding, management systems with a keen eye for detail and processes?

Do you want to work for one of the biggest Entrepreneurs in the Digital Marketing World with a team of over 60 employees/staff and major celebrity clients, including movie stars, olympic gold medalists, NFL superstars, WWE Wrestlers, and major internet marketers like Tai Lopez?

Do you have experience working within a fast-paced environment, implementing ideas/suggestions as quickly as they are tabled?

"HR Lead" for our multiple brands and agency. (Part Time - 10/20hrs weekly)
*

This is not your run of the mill HR role!!!

We are looking for someone with good technical skills, an abundance of energy, who can work at pace (real pace), and has a desire to progress and wants to make a difference to the organisation.

You must have a good understanding of HR processes and laws when dealing with new and existing employees working in varying states. Be able to take employees through the company journey from recruitment, onboarding, performance management and exiting the business.

YOU MUST BE:

• Very organized and able to manage multiple jobs at once

• Able to link recruitment to our culture fit, and core values

• Support and lead on the recruitment of new positions quickly. (Positions filled at pace)

• Understanding contractual employment laws and basic contractor/w2 laws.

• Onboard staff when recruited and follow correct laws and processes

• Be able to host multiple interviews, do calls, and log detail

• Work independently

• Comfortable working at pace in stressful situations

• You MUST have 3+ years experience in this space

We are a business that is growing fast and need people to work at PACE in order to keep up. In terms of pay, we are looking to recruit in the range of $30-45 PH depending on experience and skills, starting at 10hrs per week with the possibility of an increase in hours.

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Clearwater, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Human resources: 3 years (Preferred)
