Job description

The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for supporting the recruitment team with qualifying, screening, making recommendations and recruiting efforts to identify qualified candidates for our open positions. Works in collaboration with recruitment team to identify creative avenues to increase candidate pool. Additional responsibilities will include administrative tasks include data entry, researching and posting open positions, booking travel arrangements for out of state candidates, confirming interviews, running background checks and sending paper work as needed. Required experience includes 1 year Human Resources or 3 years interviewing as hiring authority.

This is a remote position with expectations to come into the office for meetings and to attend in person job fairs as needed. Applicants must live in the state of Florida.
