Job description

Key Responsibities

  • Lead and manage a global strategy to support Citi's Global Onboarding for New Hires
  • Develop governance and intake process for Onboarding book of work
  • Partner with Strategy and Reengineering teams on business simplification efforts
  • Manage global vendor relationships to ensure they are performing within agreed MSA
  • Support the Product Head in the development of a global strategy and roadmap for HRSS Talent Acquisition Operations, including services profile and skillsets, location footprint, and success measures and targets
  • Partner with TA Managers and Product Head to ensure the function is delivering optimized value for the allocated budget
  • In partnership with the Product Head provide strategic oversight for TAO Support by identifying areas across all regions to drive common processes and support
  • Partner with all levels of Human Resources, Risk and HR Shared Services, colleagues, management, etc. across the global regions to identify and assess procedural enhancements, prioritize needs, and develop project and/or corrective action plans to improve process adherence and mitigate risk within the function.
  • Demonstrate HRSS' value to the business by providing strategic advice, key updates, and project achievements
  • Collect and respond to feedback regularly and constantly strengthening HR-HRSS partnership by providing solutions that generate tangible value
  • Work with business and technology partners to ensure a comprehensive strategy that encompasses business, technology and process
  • Monitor operating performance and develop strategic solutions to improve key performance indicators
  • Devise scope, prioritization, and resource plans for Recruiting investments, working with operations to create and present sound business cases
  • Ensure investment requests are inclusive of technology and operations implementation and ongoing support
  • Create solutions that meet user requirements, design principles, localization and operational needs
  • Drive completion of deliverables within the specified timeframes and budgets, and ensure post-project business outcomes are met
  • Design global end-to-end processes and controls in partnership with HR GPOs, Operations, and Risk and Control
  • Ensure processes are well-defined, documented, and adopted by all relevant operation
  • Create and maintain communications and training materials of processes and process changes


This position will provide the opportunity to:
  • Drive strategy and delivery of enterprise-scale HR products and services, with visibility, interaction and influence with senior levels
  • Assist with design and execution of a multiyear strategy for a large, global Operations & Technology operation
  • Innovate and move the organization to higher value-added space by focusing on seamless technology and analytics


Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in Management, Operations, Human Resources or related area Business Management experience
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule across global time zones.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time


Knowledge/Experience:
  • 8+ years in Human Resources and/or Operations supporting multiple businesses and populations
  • 8+ years managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Recruiting technologies and HR systems
  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting and onboarding
  • Experience with managing global teams preferred
  • Experience with Workday preferred
  • Experience with vendor management preferred
  • Experience with implementing global processes preferred.


Skills:
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and Shared Services disciplines in large multinational financial institution
  • Very strong strategic thinker, who is action-oriented
  • Ability to influence at multiple levels and effect change in a large, diverse, and multicultural organization
  • Ability to leverage quantitative metrics and process management discipline and tools to drive Citi employee experience as they interact with HRSS
  • Strong risk and issue management skills
  • Experience and ease interfacing with multiple levels of management
  • Strong meeting organization / facilitation skills
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to execute on multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
  • Must have experience in leading local and/or global projects.
  • Experience with writing process and procedures documentation is preferred.
  • Strong written skills are required in the documentation of requirements, processes, and procedures.
