Overview

Manages and directs the activities and staff involved in developing and maintaining human resources activities, policies, procedures and programs relating to all phases of the human resources function by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

Major Position Responsibilities

* Provides support and guidance to the site management and personnel by identifying legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field from four-year college or university; or 6 - 10 years of diverse, related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and five to eight years' relevant experience and staff management.
