About Case Strategies Group:

We service clients by evaluating loss, examining coverage to ensure recovery, and assisting in the process of returning properties to their pre-loss state. We are committed to minimizing disruption of lives and income.


Responsibilities:

  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; asking clients questions; verifying information.
  • Determine eligibility to advance claim to next stage by comparing client information to requirements.
  • Answer nonlegal/general questions.
  • Data entry and data corrections into software systems and databases.
  • Inform clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Maintains and improves service quality by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
  • 40 hours a week office job, no travel, full benefits, etc.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • 2-year degree minimum requirement.
  • Excel proficiency required (will be tested during interview).
  • Previous customer service experience (especially in legal field), preferred.
