Our Opportunity:

Chewy is on a mission to be the most trusted and convenient online destination for pet parents (and partners), everywhere. To fulfill that mission, Chewy is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator who will support the Talent Acquisition needs by leading all aspects of the talent interview experience. Selected candidate will coordinate and execute seamless and efficient processes, predominately related to the coordination of the interview cycle from beginning to end to ensure a positive experience. In addition, this role will also support with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

What You'll Do:

  • Schedule and track candidates throughout hiring process in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
  • Effectively communicate with candidates informing them of their interview itinerary, logistics, status, etc.
  • Heavy calendar management including scheduling phone, virtual onsite and onsite interviews
  • Open positions, launch background checks and create offer letters
  • Partner with Recruiters to ensure a premium candidate experience
  • Greet candidates and provide company tours (when back to office)
  • Operate independently with minimal day-to-day guidance from management
  • Multi-task effectively, working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced work environment
  • Juggle multiple priorities with finesse
  • Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to coordination process
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times

What You'll Need:
  • 1-2 years in a similar Recruiting Coordinator role or 2 years administrative, customer service, or HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of information gathering, research and troubleshooting
  • Ability to successfully support multiple partners and requests while delivering a high degree of service
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook to manipulate, interpret, and format reports & presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess a high degree of integrity, professionalism, reliability and trustworthiness with confidential information
  • Greenhouse knowledge a plus
  • ServiceNow knowledge a plus
