Role Title: Oracle ERP Development Lead

Seeking a fully Hands-on Oracle Applications Development Lead to do technical design and development of extensions to Oracle E-Business Suite Release R12 (enterprise-wide ERP) and related applications. A strong background in technical and functional knowledge of several of the Oracle E-Business Suite modules, particularly Order to Cash (Inventory, Order Management, Shipping, Warehouse Management), Procurement (Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier) and core Financials (AP, AR, GL, Cash Management) are required for this position.

Essential Functions

Analyze business requirements

• Work with business users and other stakeholders to understand business processes
• Work with Business Analysts to understand the business requirements and functional specifications
• Translate requirements and business specifications into technical specifications for ERP and related applications.

Design and develop extensions in Oracle ERP

• Design and develop Oracle applications modules extensions using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher Reports, Workflow, OA Framework. Have ability and skills to code as well as guide and work with offshore teams to build extensions.
• Analyze the enterprise-wide application for Technical solutions to meet the business and users' requirements.
• Create process flows, high level functional and detailed technical design specifications from business requirements
• Perform code reviews and performance tune the programs for optimal performance and scalability
• Build interfaces between related on-premise applications and cloud applications and Oracle E-Business Suite and develop data conversion tools to bring over data from legacy applications.
• Build interfaces between Oracle ERP and trading partners (Customers, Vendors, Banks) and other applications using Integrated SOA Gateway and Oracle OIC
• Understands and follows full software development life cycle, code development, code review, unit testing and developing documentation. Have worked with different code repositories and code migration and continuous integration tools
• Experience working with Agile software development with sprints planning

Maintain and support ERP extensions

• Enhance and resolve production issues and bugs with ERP extensions
• Work with business analysts and end-users, other IT technical resources and/or Oracle Support to troubleshoot problems and resolve applications issues
• Recommend the best practices and software choices to IT management to increase efficiency and continuously improve and simplify solution
• Work with QA/Business Analysts teams for code builds, releases, test case design and
• defect resolution

Coordinate activities with offshore team and Consultants

• Plan Application development tasks with the offshore team and do tasks related coordination
• Coordinate with onsite consultants providing them technical expertise
• Coordinate activities with other teams (Business Analysts, DBA team and Data warehouse developers)

Role Requirements

Special Certification or Licensing:

Preferred - OCP, Lean Six Sigma, PMP

Functional Specific (Project Management, Commercial Sales, Home Services, etc.)

Specify:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or IT-related field
• Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in the design and development using Oracle ERP
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in oracle applications implementation and end-user support.
• Experience in Oracle Integrated SOA Gateway/ XML Gateway/ Oracle OIC preferred
• Experience with Web Development technologies like ADF, Angular, React, Vue, Spring Boot, ORDS preferred
• Good oral/written communication and organization skills.
• Familiarity with oracle database administration
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
