My name is Michelle Murray, CEO of a Wholesale Real Estate Firm in Davie FL.

I'm looking for our new Property Disposition Manager for our winning wholesale real estate division: Quick Turn Properties.

Our company has been helping investors build wealth by providing Off-Market real estate opportunities AKA Wholesale deals for a decade now. Simply put, we buy and sell discount properties throughout South Florida. With a long track record of success and a well-defined niche we are expanding to bring even more value to our market.

As our Property Disposition Manager you will be in charge of managing our buyer marketing systems & negotiating contracts with the steady flow of cash buyers that our business model attracts.

Investors in our network typically buy our deals, improve them for rent or resell, which ultimately enhances local neighborhoods while they build wealth for their families.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: (Training provided)

Manage existing marketing systems
Respond to buyer inquiries
Prescreen and qualify cash buyers
Follow up with buyers effectively and consistently
Coordinate property showings
Attend property showings when needed.
Negotiate with cash buyers
Track and update our database with buyer inquiries
Fill out and prepare contracts.
Foster and maintain existing buyer relationships.
Prioritize property marketing systems to meet contract deadlines
Manage, hire & train disposition Assistants

Works well under pressure
Very comfortable using a computer and navigating Word and PDF programs and Cell Phone Apps.
Flexible with work hours (able to work evenings and some weekends, if needed)
Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus
A Florida Real Estate License will be required. If you don't have a license now you may still apply. Be prepared to get one if selected.
Hours:

This is a salaried position, as many or as little hours as needed to get the job done. Generally 10am-6pm Monday - Friday but evenings and weekends are very likely (welcome to Real Estate!).

Location:

This will ultimately be a remote position, you will have the option to work from home after your training period. You must be local in South Florida and within reasonable driving distance to our Davie FL location.

Experience:

The ideal candidate should have prior Admin, Real Estate and/or Marketing experience.

Compensation:

This role has a base + bonuses, you can expect to make $4,000 - $6,000 per month depending on your performance and/or company deal flow.
