The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our growing team and have a strong preference for this position to be based at our worldwide corporate headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The HR Manager will implement best practices, and drive efficiencies across HR processes. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with talented colleagues and senior leaders throughout our entire organization to drive excellence in talent management, compensation, talent acquisition, learning and development, and analytics.

Responsibilities cross all functions within HR, including but not limited to employment, compliance, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, benefits administration, talent systems and analytics, timekeeping, and terminations. Due to the variety and breadth of responsibilities, we are looking for a dynamic HR professional who can think critically, act strategically, and apply knowledge to the topic at hand to resolve issues. What you'll be doing:

  • Guide employees regarding Company policies, CloudHesive values, HR programs, e.g., benefits, pay, staffing, and salary, administration, and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner
  • Provide direction, council, and coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties' interests
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and the employee experience
  • Develop and execute initiatives to improve organizational health and culture, i.e., recognition, teambuilding, and morale
  • Build and participate in team Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
  • Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
  • Develop, implement and administer the annual performance management program
  • Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re-leveling.
  • Deploy a hands-on approach in effectively assessing the needs of the employees and driving efficient follow-up and reaction to those needs.
  • Ensure activities follow all state and federal employment laws and regulations, e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO and FLSA
  • Implement and administer/interpret corporate policies, programs, and procedures
  • Create/update Human Resources SOP's
  • Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Conduct new hire orientation and co-coordinate employee virtual and site events
  • Enter and maintain employee information in PEO HRIS system
  • Process paperwork, i.e., New Hire, Benefit administration, LOA, Terminations, COBRA, Training documentation
  • Process payroll, time records and complete related reports

Is this role for you?

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; and/or 7+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience practicing Human Resources in a technology environment is preferred
  • Understanding of, and some experience with, most or all of the core aspects of Human Resource Management (employee relations; compensation; performance management; training; HRIS)
  • Must have ability to think and work independently, take initiative, and make the right tradeoff decisions as it relates to projects or HR processes
  • Previous talent management and succession planning experience a plus
  • M&A experience a plus
  • Ability to understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective
  • Proven ability to influence decision making
  • Courage to make tough decisions and deliver difficult messages with professionalism and poise
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations
  • Strong expertise in developing solutions based upon facts/data analytics
  • Must possess consultative style and approach with proven ability to develop credible relationships with business partners
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present his/her point of view in varied business situations
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint/Excel/Word
  • SPHR, PHR or SHRM certification preferred
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
