Who You Are
You are a motivated quality-driven professional who is passionate about being thorough in your work. You excel at detecting discrepancies and have experience reviewing legal contracts and supporting documents. You are a focused individual and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can work with a team to assure work is done correctly and efficiently. With a desire to deliver a crisp and accurate loan package, you're able to assure our customers are funded in a timely manner with no need to ever reach out to them post funding for any additional information.
What You'll Do
* Thoroughly reviewing final loan packages for discrepancies, missing documentation, etc.
* Explain to responsible parties what information is pending or needs to be reviewed
* Detect common or trending errors in order to review needed adjustments to protocol with management
* Actively participate in a time sensitive pipeline of loan packages that needs a final quality check prior to wire release
* Manage additional responsibilities and pipelines as seen fit to the department
* Work with third party companies and agencies to retrieve needed information as required.
What You'll Need
* Previous experience as a Loan Auditor, Quality Auditor, or Quality Control Specialist preferred
* Understanding of the finance industry
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently with a "can-do" attitude
* Must have a high level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
* Comfortably be able to multi-task an assortment of assignment and responsibilities at any given time
