We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Employee Services (HR) Department at our Corporate Location in Weston, FL

Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

  • Reference check: Supervisory and below
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process for: Managers, TA Specialist and Senior Recruiter.

Onboarding process:

  • Background checks
  • Drug screens
  • Onboarding forms
  • Requesting documents
  • Creating and completing files
  • Complete files and submit them to ESS on timely manner
  • Inform managers and TA when a candidate has completed the onboarding
  • Support senior ta with job fairs logistic and preparedness (from beginning to end (organize resumes)

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
  • Self-motivated
  • Dependable
  • Flexible with schedules as needed

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 2 year of recruiting experience preferred
  • 2+ year of Coordinator or Administrative assistance Experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills (must)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel outside: 15%

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Job Type: Full-time, on-site Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
