We have Call Center Agents positions available starting at $12.00 per hour -- WE HAVE BOTH FULL TIME AND PER DIEM POSITIONS -- APPLY TODAY



ALL SHIFT AVAILABLE - DAYS / NIGHTS / WEEK DAYS / WEEKENDS

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


Promptly and courteously answers telephone calls and routes to the correct destination and appropriate party, if necessary.


Receives customer telephone questions, appointment scheduling requests and complaints in a professional manner.


Forwards more complex questions or problems to Call Center Supervisor. In the absence of the Call Center Supervisor, the CSR contacts the Quality Management Director.

Provides general information to customers on locations, hours, sites, programs and services.


Responsible for handling a variety of customer service calls in a prompt and courteous manner.


EDUCATION:


High School Diploma and/or equivalent required


LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to speak in English and Spanish
