BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Warehouse Worker in Hialeah, FL 33018.

Role: 2nd Shift Warehouse Clerk/Reach Truck Operator (Cold Environment)
Expected Duration: 3+ months
Address: Hialeah, FL 33018
Hours: 2nd Shift 7am - 3PM Sun and 3PM to 11:30PM Mon through Thursday.

Minimum Education Required:
HS Diploma or equivalent

PLEASE NOTE:
This is a very cold environment, please make sure they bring jackets/sweatshirts to wear.

This position is a key member of the location warehouse team responsible for order pulling, inbound receiving, housekeeping and other warehouse tasks. This role is also responsible for working closely with the team and supervisor to ensure all assigned tasks are done timely and accurately. The role requires excellent communication skills, sense of urgency, and consistent timely follow up.

50% order selecting, put away and scanning
40% - Housekeeping
10%- Other warehouse tasks

Required Qualifications
* Keen sense of safety and to abide by all safety rules and regulations.
* Equipment operating (reach truck [certified] and pallet Jack)
* Must be available to work 1st shift during training and then eventually move to 2nd Shift Sun. 7 AM to 3 PM thru Thursday. Mon. 3PM to 11:30 PM.
* Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
* Ability to learn quickly in a constantly changing environment.
* Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Must conduct business in a professional manner with customers and co-workers.
* Good attendance record
* Ability to work in a cold environment 0 to 40 degrees
* Able to safely lift up to 60 lbs.
* Must be able to pass Port entry requirements

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in multiple warehouse tasks.
* Bi-lingual (Spanish & English).
