Job description
Job Title: Business Operations Manager
Normally Reports to: General Manager, Branch Manager, or Area Business Manager
Job Objective: Responsible for ensuring branch daily operations adhere to RelaDyne processes & procedures, while simultaneously supporting corporate initiatives, and driving branch performance to operational, financial, and safety goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties as requested by management. Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based upon location size and operations.

* Enforce adherence to RelaWay SOPs by ensuring all daily, weekly, and monthly branch processes being followed, includes accurate and timely billing and EOM close-out of sales orders
* Analyze trends to identify variations in branch performance and develop needed action steps
* Review, correct & approve invoice gross profit batch preview reports
* Daily review of key branch metrics in PowerBI dashboards to monitor branch operational and financial performance, including taking corrective action steps where necessary
* Maintain relations between warehouse, sales, and back-office staff, ensuring all functions communicate effectively and the business is running efficiently
* Branch champion for all support center projects, programs and initiatives, including a smooth integration into branch operations
* In conjunction with branch leadership works to facilitate conformance to PowerBI (KPIs) and performance at or above prior year and budget in the areas of labor & expense management, EBITDA, Flow Thru, and Safety Metrics.
* Aid the Integration Management Office (IMO) on tuck-in acquisitions and internal branch realignments as needed
* Assist Inventory Control associates (ICC/ICM) where needed in the areas of inventory adjustment review, cycle counts, physical inventories, receiving, repackaging, transfers, and other processes and procedures related to inventory
* Develop a productive team by actively participating in hiring, training, and providing professional development
* Provide auxiliary support with technical troubleshooting (ERP/Other), internal/external dispute-resolution, and special requests (i.e. Customer Audit) as needed
* Facilitate efficient communication within the branch departments and between the branch, with other branches, and the Support Center
* Provide branch/regional leadership with analytical support and input for each year's annual budget
Customer Relations:
* Maintain relationships with salespeople, and Management as it relates to the status of customer accounts
* Maintain a positive attitude with fellow associates, management and customers
* Work with customers and the branch and visit them when warranted as approved by Supervisor
* Establish and communicate account parameters
* Personally handle credit within assigned authority, and follow policy and special guidelines assigned to specific customers
* Obtain and provide reference requests on customers
* Attend industry credit groups where available
Other:
* Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer service
* Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures
* Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company
* Work overtime as needed
