The ERP Analyst configures, analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains ERP application modules to support business processes and functions. The ERP Analyst possesses an in-depth understanding of the business function / process supported and is viewed as a credible representative of that business function/process.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Act as the liaison between process owners, business system users and IT by planning and conducting the analysis of complex business problems to be solved through IT solutions.
* Align and standardize (as directed by management) the deployment of information technology to ensure effective integration of business process functions.
* Provides support to define and document business policies, procedures, process, sub-process, and measurement systems as well as functional specifications for the development of interfaces, reports/forms, enhancements, and systems configuration.
* Identify opportunities, and prepare business cases to justify investments and changes in information technology or business practices
* Provides support towards the implementation of information technology projects to meet project deadlines, budget and business objectives in accordance to all processes and procedures identified within the project management framework
* Advises and/or recommends changes or opportunities outside of direct area of accountability that will contribute to financial objectives of the company
* Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

* Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Degree, or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years' experience implementing ERP systems focused on Accounting / Finance or business functional experience within Finance / Accounting.
* Expert in Finance / Accounting processes, ERP technologies (particularly SAP), above average written and oral communication skills (French / English bilingualism preferred), strong interpersonal skills.
