Job Description:

The Alternative Investment Trading and Operations Team works in a constantly evolving environment. We support trade reporting and extensions for Hedge, Managed Futures, Exchange and Private Equity Funds. The team is also responsible for Precious Metal Trades and Limited Partnership redemption and distribution payments. The team will not only extend trades and make payments they will also work with Front Office to update demographic data, re register accounts and make other demographic changes. The team partners with the Alternative Investment Product Team to onboard new funds and products. For any trade related inquiries we work with Branch Offices as well as other teams to ensure successful resolutions. As a team we consistently look for process improvements and participate in new technology testing and implementation. Despite the diversity of the functions, and the evolution of the products we support, nothing is done without ensuring compliance with Laws Rules and Regulations. It is therefore essential that to join the team you are flexible with an aptitude to learn quickly and apply that knowledge to new situations. Nothing we do is an individual effort so you must be able to work successfully in a team.

• Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate information to a wide variety of personnel in a clear, concise and well-organized manner
• Ability to multitask and work under tight time constraints

Desired Skills

• Previous experience/knowledge of Mutual Fund or Alternative Investment products
