About the role
Your Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to deliver innovative people strategies that fearlessly propel the Primo agenda of both the Jacksonville site and Global Operations whilst building deep partnerships at a global and local level. You will play a vital role in helping to build the capability we need to deliver our Best 10 Years yet At the same time, you will be a critical partner for the Leadership Team in Jacksonville, to deliver HR Operational Support across the full HR lifecycle.
About You

Decisive and confident, you can see the big picture, define strategic direction and deep dive into execution to ensure brilliant delivery. You will have a strong background in HR along with a track record of successful building and maintaining of stakeholder relationships. You will need to manage and balance a matrix environment where different functions and teams will be competing for your time and attention. You will have strong credibility and knowledge in all aspects of HR and associated laws and policies. You have a strong track record in spotting, hiring, and growing talent to building strong diverse teams.
Responsibilities
With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
- Demonstrating and enabling excellence in HR Business Partnering and service delivery that creates an incredible Primo experience and builds trust, confidence, and belief amongst your stakeholders.
- Identifying & harnessing global best practices and insights from other industries and organizations to inspire a uniquely Bacardi approach to our site.
- Provide authentic and inclusive leadership. Be an open coach and mentor, to support the growth, history, culture, and heritage of the company.
- Provide coaching and counselling in the areas of employee relations, policy interpretation and review, staffing, compensation & benefits, conflict resolution, performance management, talent development and succession planning.
- Monitor employee engagement level, support implementation of action plans to drive engagement. Participate in the annual Talent Review process and ensure succession pipeline for critical roles.
- Support line managers in creation and implementation of development plans for identified population (e.g., top/rising talent).
- Recruit and integrate high quality candidates according to business needs, lead-time, and recruitment cost targets.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations to reduce risks and ensure regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as needed/required.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in terms of conduct, mobility, compensation & benefits, internal & external recruitment, onboarding, development, training, etc.
- Maintain HR systems (primarily Workday), ensure data is kept up to date and correct and provide relevant analysis and reports as required.

Personal Qualities
- University Degree and 3 - 5 years HR experience, preferably with experience supporting large teams and senior leaders.
- Certified Coach preferred
- Strong understanding of US Labor Laws
