Payroll Specialist

Job description

Experienced Payroll Specialist needed, You would be responsible for processing payroll on a weekly/biweekly or semi-monthly basis for approximately 50 clients. Qualified candidates will have past experience processing high-volume weekly and bi-weekly payroll.

Other duties will include processing of new hire and termination paperwork, garnishment processing, and answering management and employee questions and concerns.

The ideal candidate will possess: ?

• A college degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of payroll policies, procedures, tax requirements and other payroll deduction guidelines.

• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Exceptional organization skills and follow up processes.
• The ability to resolve problems and improve processes.
• High degree of accuracy is a must in this position.
