Position Responsibilities:

* Partner with Business Leaders and Hiring Managers to understand the short and long-term hiring needs and help develop strategies with TA Leadership to fulfill this need.
* Develop and implement sourcing strategies and communications in support of hiring demands.
* Conduct searches using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to: candidate outreach, online searches, job postings, internal database searches, industry organizations and associations, referrals and third party search firms.
* Advise hiring partners on key decisions throughout the hiring process, including resume review, interview process and overall process improvement.
* Preparation of offer letters and background checks.

Position Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree a plus
* Minimum of two years' experience in recruiting
* Experience with high volume recruiting a plus
* Ability to understand changing market dynamics and subsequently be creative in finding candidates to fit those parameters.
* Proactively engage in discussions to identify opportunities for improvement across all areas of talent acquisition.
* A superior sense of urgency with the demonstrated ability to deliver results.
* Ability to succeed in fast past environment and adapt to change quickly.
* Flexibility and responsiveness in managing multiple projects in sometimes high-pressure situations simultaneously.
* Strong conceptual, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
* Detail oriented and highly organized.
