AT&T Retail Sales Representative

Prestige is currently searching for new Sales Representatives to join our retail team full time.

As an approved AT&T vendor, Prestige is a company that is known to provide valuable results for our client. In this role, we are looking for someone who has the drive and motivation for professional growth coupled with the ability to be innovative, collaborative and proactive.

  • Must be able to readily solve customer issues and answer questions

Also looking for :
  • At least one year in sales, marketing, customer service or retail preferred but not required
  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Great verbal and written comprehension
  • Time Management Skills
  • Bilingual skills are a huge plus!

A day in the life of a Retail Sales Representative:

  • Establish knowledge and understanding of AT&T's brand and products
  • Cultivate relationships in the retail setting
  • Identify opportunities to produce results for new accounts
  • Ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service
  • Persuasively demonstrate the value of the represented product
  • Close sales
  • Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of their new product
  • Lead by example and model behavior that reflects the company's core values
  • Demonstrate ownership by becoming an expert in your territory
Job Requirements:

Upon joining, a chosen team member will be provided with hands-on development which includes an interactive training period where they will gain competitive sales skills, strategic communication techniques and best practices, entrepreneurship training, as well as knowledge of solutions and services that Prestige provides to new customers on behalf of AT&T.
