Why we need you:

The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations & management of buildings and is accountable for supporting effective administration of policies and procedures that promote well-managed, well-maintained buildings.

What your day to day might look like:

• Assist the Property Manager in various tasks as needed
• Support Property Manager in the engagement of third-party suppliers and contractors.
• Participate in the preparation of annual operating budgets and creation of property business plans.
• Respond quickly to resident concerns and questions, and take prompt action to resolve problems and/or document and convey requests to the appropriate individual(s).

• Excellent mathematical skills (high school level)
• You strive for excellence

Some things we can't live without:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in property management software

Compensation:

• $20 to $24 per hour
