The Business Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for collaborating with global stakeholders and IT Technical Teams to provide process improvements and support for applications and analytics used in the Supply Chain organization.

This position is part of the IT Department located in Chaska, MN or a manufacturing site in the US and will be hybrid with onsite and remote work.

You will be a part of the Operation Information System team and report to the IT Manager responsible for supporting our Supply Chain organization. If you thrive in an IT role that provides enhancements and support to Operations and want to work to build a world-class IT organization-read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provides support for Oracle Purchasing and Item Master - Independently lead major incident management calls and coordinate with impacted users, IT technical teams for issue resolution.
• Provide Super User and End User Training where applicable and ensure systems are being used as expected/designed.
• Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved according to SLAs.
• Develop detailed and comprehensive test plans, unit test systems and coordinate testing with the business users for unit tests, System Integration Tests (SIT) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
• Drive standardization of Business Process and System flow documents, functional specifications and system design specifications and Oracle configuration documentation.
• Train new offshore resources on our standard processes and functions
• Design and implement solutions to meet project requirements, work with offshore teams as required

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years exp. ORMaster's degree with 3+ years exp.
• Knowledge in Oracle EBS applications that support Supply Chain like: Purchasing, Receiving, Item Master and Cost Management.
• Ability to drive requirement gathering sessions with our Supply Chain stakeholders, technical teams and cross functional analysts for improvements that will bring value and to resolve complex problems in Oracle EBS.
• Working knowledge of creating user and functional requirements
• The position requires flexible work hours and will require travel (10 - 20%).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• PMP certification or equivalent
• Knowledge in purchasing processes, item master set-ups and cost management, reporting tools like Oracle OBI, BI Publisher and Power BI
• Knowledge in PL/SQL
