WHAT YOU'LL DO

Help design, document and maintain system processes

Communicate key insights and findings to product team

Provide recommendations for possible process changes to help optimize current procedures in support of maximizing outcomes.

Analyze data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills

Work with finance team and help our customers with reconciliation reports

Define reporting and alerting requirements

WHO YOU ARE

Have at least 1 year of experience as a business analyst with a strong focus on understanding data

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to draw meaningful insights from large amounts of data

You thrive under ambiguity and are able to apply critical thinking to new unsolved questions

You take a problem-solving approach to everything and know how to put your business judgment and strategic thinking to work in a fast-paced field

You thrive in a fast paced environment and youre an excellent communicator with great time management skills and a passion for analytics and data

Results Oriented with projects and programs

Collaborative, Team Player and easy to work with

Ability to prioritize effectively + manage multiple deliverables

Proactive, Self-motivated; proactively identifies opportunities for improvement
