Property Manager - Established Miami Property Management Company

Established property management team is looking for a dynamite leader! We need a strong, independent, experienced, data driven property management professional with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in property management

• CAM, ARM, or RMP designation preferred

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

• Advanced reporting skills

• Proven ability to draft policies and procedures

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Compliant with policies, regulations and codes

• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English and Spanish

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledgeable in fair housing laws and anti-discrimination legislation

Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain and optimize all residential and commercial properties (400+ units)

• Ensure buildings and facilities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

• Oversee operations, maintenance, marketing, leasing, resident relations and collections

• Direct personnel - 1 Assistant Manager, 1 Leasing Specialist, 1 Leasing Agent/Collections Specialist and 4 Maintenance Technicians

• Hire, train and develop personnel

• Contract and supervise vendors

• Be the team's liaison with city officials, code compliance officers, legal entities and vendors, to include engineering firms

• Plan and oversee renovations, maintenance, repairs, and services

• Permit processing

• Manage and expedite building recertifications

• Enforce leases

• Investigate, address and resolve tenant grievances, complaints, violations

• Coordinate and carry out evictions

• Be accountable for risk management measures

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
