What You'll Do

The Field Talent and Onboarding Partner is responsible for recruitment our non-exempt field team, from local candidate attraction, to interviewing, hiring and successfully onboarding exceptional employees. Being in-market, you know all the local spots to attract and excite future talent. You will work with local leaders to conduct hiring events and successfully onboard new team members. You are a natural talent hunter that exhibits high energy and professionalism while working in a deadline-driven and fast paced environment. You excel at managing a high volume of pipeline candidates while delivering a high value of service to the organization. You will be hiring talent across all our field businesses including kitchens, logistics, parking and other exciting growth areas. Expert in Field / Volume Recruitment

• Source talent using various recruiting tools and local outreach efforts
• Review applications, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring leaders
• Serve as the liaison between the company and the candidates to provide status updates, answer questions, and ensure timely follow up Process candidates preemployment paperwork and conduct initial orientation.

Amplify Recruitment Efforts

• Collaborate with field leaders to proactively identify future hiring needs.
• Develop creative local sourcing strategies to build a talented diverse candidate pool in support of the market's goals and objectives.

Onboard Talent:

• Initiate pre-hire and post-hire onboarding, including offer letter generation, running background checks, and communicating status and updates to candidates and hiring teams.

What We Want From You

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• At least 2 years of Recruitment experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and interviewing practices
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service focus
• A disciplined approach with high attention to detail, creativity and innovation
• Action oriented, problem solving mindset and attitude

Previous experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse; HRIS and onboarding tools

• Ability to work under strict timelines and unsupervised
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Work is performed indoors and outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
