Summary

The Financial Analyst is a key role in the Finance function and is responsible for the analysis of the various business operations with a focus on value-generation, analysis, and process automation. The Financial Analyst will report to the Senior Financial Analyst and be responsible for providing support to the financial planning, forecasting and analysis processes and models on a consolidated and segmented level basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, long-range financial plan, and monthly variance reporting processes.
• Help develop and maintain enhanced reporting while providing analysis of results with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Senior Management.
• Support the FP&A function with Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis as requested.
• Responsible for the expenses forecast and for working with the different business units as a business partner to track, plan, and keep control of the different expense lines of the P&L.
• Responsible for timely submission of quarterly and monthly reforecast data.
• Assist with the preparation of financial analysis and presentation materials for internal and external reporting.

SPECIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is required.
• Internship or some prior experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is required. Knowledge of Hyperion, Smartview and Power Query is preferred.
• Excellent time management skills, work ethic, integrity, and eagerness to learn.
  

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop. The Associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Evening and/or weekend work may be necessary to meet deadlines.
