Responsibilities:HR Onboarding Duties
Assist with the preparation of offers and sending appropriate pre-hire documents to candidates
Email new hires with details about the Company
Welcoming new hires with prepared onboarding kits
Providing new hires with manuals and guidelines regarding company policies and procedures
Conducting HR Orientation
Partnering with departments and hiring managers on detailing all new hires initial tasks i.e., New Hire Agenda.
Serving as the first point of contact for all employees and answering their questions
Gathering and filing all paperwork related to new hires, including contracts and agreements
HR Generalist Duties
Answer employee queries about HR related issues
Complete employee onboarding for all new hires, complete offboarding process for terminated employees
Organize, update, and maintain personnel files
Manage and update HR databases
Respond to employment verification requests
Prepare HR documents as requested (i.e.: employment agreements, internal procedures).
Review and suggest revisions to company policies as necessary
Ensure plan provisions are followed, address concerns or discrepancies with the Head of Human Resources.
May assist the T&A Team with companywide recruitment efforts including: creating and posting positions both
internally and externally, follow through on the applicant tracking system, performing phone screens and
coordinating interviews for hiring managers.
Participate in HR projects as needed and required
HRIS Administration
Maintains complete electronic employee personnel files, records and other documentation for employees,
including processing new employees, forms for employment status changes and maintaining timely and accurate
files. May assist with the coordination of pre-employment paperwork and processes.
Prepares statistical summaries and reports from the HRIS involving payroll information, performance
management, demographic data and other employee data, requiring knowledge of the various Human
Resources disciplines.
Assists to maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data and reviewing source
documents for accuracy and completion of data input.
Generates files/reports such as the EEO1, annual non-discrimination testing for benefits plans, annual reports,
as well as other special and ad hoc reports as requested.
Recommends business process improvements having an HRIS component.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an Onboarding Specialist or in a similar Human Resource role.
Work experience should include knowledge of basic human resources, payroll practices, benefits administration,
and compliance or other related experience.
Experience working with HR standard software i.e., ATS, HRIS
Working knowledge of labor laws.
Strong understanding of human resources processes and terminology, payroll and benefit processes and
procedures, including eligibility and enrollment rules and benefit procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication. Excellent interpersonal skills. Full professional proficiency in
written/spoken English.
Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure. Ability to adapt to
changing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Exceptional analytical aptitude, detail oriented, and highly organized.
Must maintain highest level of confidentiality.
Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or concerns by using judgment
that is consistent with company standards, practices, policies, procedures, and federal regulation.

Job Summary:The HR Generalist responsible for providing support to the Human Resource Department on day-to-day tasks,
including: serving as the primary point of contact for HR related employee queries, coordinating the on-boarding
and off-boarding process, scheduling new employee orientation and training, maintaining personnel file records,
managing HR documents, updating internal databases, and assisting the Talent and Attraction team with
recruitment efforts when needed. This role has a strong emphasis on customer service and providing employees,
managers, and executives with HR support. This role reports to the Head of Human Resources and will be the
primary point of contact for all US offices, handling all domestic HR employee questions. Additionally, the HR
Generalist will apply best practices in order to create a positive, ethical, effective work environment.
