We are looking to hire a motivated real estate/personal assistant to join our growing team. This individual should have strong work ethic and ability to multi-task. They must be committed to completing each task with attention to detail and consistent communication. Responsibilities:

  • scheduling appointments
  • cold calling
  • maintain personal and professional calendar
  • create social media content
  • updating lead system(s)
  • preparing real estate documents
  • assisting with closing transactions
  • lead follow up
  • transcribe through dictation

Qualifications:

  • bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • proficient in creating spreadsheets
  • administrative experience preferred
  • exceptional organization skills
  • reliable transportation
  • excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • proficient in social media and graphic design
  • creative with strong initiative
