We are seeking an Office clerk to become an integral part of our team!

Responsibilities will include the following:

Greeting visitors and providing an overall welcoming environment

  • Attend phone calls (incoming/outgoing)
  • Scan and Index various documents daily
  • Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, scanner, copy machine, and computer
  • Receive mail /deliveries; sort and distribute
  • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
  • Process Credit Card payments
  • Perform all other reception/ clerical office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in data entry
  • Basic computer Skills: MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Must have good organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Must be bilingual English/Spanish
