Since our USA launch in January 2019, we have achieved growth far in excess of 100% year-on-year. We are committed to taking the company forward fast and have multiple positions available for permanent and contract sales consultants to join our brilliant team here in Miami.

Hungry, motivated, bright, problem-solvers, who can think on their feet, do brilliantly with us! We frequently find that people who have played competitive team sports, or other pursuits and activities that require a competitive team approach, and winning mindset, do extremely well.

We have multiple people in our team in their 20's earning in excess of $200,000+ with us today, in addition to significant earning, they are building life-changing careers, and developing a multitude of transferable skills.

OTE in year one is $50-80k+. In year two we would expect you to earn between $120k-$180k+. In year three you can build on these numbers considerably. Our commission is uncapped, our environment is a meritocracy, it does not matter how old you are, or how much time you have served, it is about your ability and aptitude to succeed, regardless of your age or experience level.

This is a sales role in the recruitment industry. No prior sales or recruitment experience is required, we hire on aptitude and attitude! We will train you in business development and recruiting in the interesting and lucrative Life Science Industry.

Our commission and benefits are in the upper echelons of the industry, including 40% commission brackets , 23+ days of PTO ✈️, and 100% medical premiums ‍⚕️ paid for by Discover. You will receive excellent in-house training, coaching, and development, as well as external L&D courses delivered by renowned experts ‍♂️.

· UNCAPPED COMMISSION WHICH INCLUDES A 40% COMMISSION BRACKET

• OTE YEAR ONE = 50-80K+
• OTE YEAR TWO = 150K+
• OTE YEAR THREE = 200K+
• WE HAVE MULTIPLE RECRUITERS THAT WE HAVE DEVELOPED AND TRAINED EARNING FAR IN EXCESS OF $250K PER ANNUM (AND SOME A LOT MORE)
