Job description

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for a variety of financial activities including forecasting, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required for this role. Additionally, the ability to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner is essential.

• Assist in annual budget, financial reporting, and monthly forecasting process
• Develop financial models and clearly communicate results through clear, concise verbal and written reports
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting, budgeting, and modeling processes
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
• Identify ways to improve profitability and propose operational improvements to managers
• Develops financial models with guidance and influence strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions

Experience/ Skills requirement

• 3+ years finance experience in Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory)
• Advanced financial modeling skills (mandatory)
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong business partnering skills and collaboration across multiple departments
• Ability to update reports/dashboards and provide analysis
• Business Intelligence software (Power BI, Tableau, etc) (preferred)
• Familiarity with large scale ERP or G/L package (preferred)
