JLL is currently seeking a Transaction Analyst to join our Florida Transaction Management Team. The primary focus of this position is to assist with the management of commercial real estate related processes for the Florida Brokerage Teams in Dealio, JLL's propriety web-based transaction management database. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: supporting the Transaction Management Team with maintaining the pipeline, coordinating deal tracking process with Brokers throughout all phases of the transaction, creating and submitting invoices, collections, data entry, and forecasting reports for key stakeholders.

This position directly reports to the Florida Transaction Manager but will partner with other team members across the market.

ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide discrete handling of confidential information
* Support the Transaction Management Team with maintaining the Florida Brokerage Teams' pipeline for accurate revenue projections
* Schedule and participate in monthly Broker pipeline management meetings
* Assist in coordination with Brokerage Teams to collect pertinent transaction documentation and information for deal closing process
* Review commercial real estate transaction documents such as leases and commission agreements and extract data for entry into transaction management system
* Generate and submit invoices for current, past due and future payments
* Support the Florida Transaction Management Team to track various revenue metrics
* Process weekly expense reports and check requests as needed

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

* College degree preferred
* 1-2 years of professional experience in a real estate or finance setting with general knowledge of financial terms and principles
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (above average Excel skills)
* The ability to collaborate with a large team (30+ more internal stakeholders)
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to be resourceful and proactively solve problems
* Strong time management skills and ability to work both independently and with a team
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
* Monthly travel to local offices required
* Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and present complicated information clearly to key stakeholders
