Job Overview: Popeyes is in the midst of an exciting digital transformation. With the fast-emerging digital environment and our guests expecting more from us every day, our teams are focused on innovation across the customer journey in and outside our restaurants, identifying the most meaningful opportunities for our guests, and developing capabilities to bring them to life. We do this in partnership with our Consumer Tech teams and markets around the world. The Sr. Manager, Digital Partnerships and Promotions, will be accessing, developing, and maintaining relationships with partnerships and platforms that will build long term growth and sales of the Popeye's Digital Platforms. Partnerships will be promotion focused providing a strong offering to our digital diners as well as position the brand as a leader in the QSR space. This position requires strong coordination with internal and external teams such as, Brand Communications, Consumer Tech Group, Legal, Operations, Digital Marketing, Category Management and Business Intelligence. The Sr. Manager, Digital Partnerships and Promotions, is a critical role in driving growth of Digital sales for our over 2,000 restaurants and making Popeyes more accessible and engaging for our customers across the country. Responsibilities: Responsible for determining strategic partnerships based on data and research and will follow through until execution of partnership campaign. Provides leadership for the development and management of all partnerships, with a focus on the driving digital sales. Responsible for scaling 1st and 3rd party promotions to drive sales, focusing on key guest segments, driving more frequent visits, etc. Identifies, builds, and manages strong relationships with executives and/or contacts at partner organizations within their segment to drive maximum value and opportunities. Leads and assists with negotiations with partners, working closely with legal and business intelligence on business implications. Works closely with Brand Communications, PR, Digital Consumer Experience, CRM, Loyalty, Operations, Legal, Category Management and Analytics teams at Popeyes US ensure successful partnership activation. Researches, identifies, and initiates dialogue and partnerships with potential partners. Assists with the creation of strategic business plans, including defining partner value propositions and competitive strategies. Identifies brand moments or promotional opportunities and coordinates integrated marketing plans building off current or potential partnerships Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major required 6+ years of relevant professional experience in partnership marketing or related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance. Prior track record of breakthrough wins through exceptional partnership marketing, in relevant areas/verticals Recent experience sourcing, negotiating, managing, and marketing partnerships with both leading and emerging brands in a variety of verticals Experience working in a large corporation and/or agency experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment. Experience either in the global retail industry or the ability to quickly grasp key Retail business concepts. History of driving ecommerce and digital sales growth via strategic partnerships and promotions.
