RBI owns three of the world's most prominent and iconic quick service restaurant brands BURGER KING, TIM HORTONS, and POPEYES.Position Overview: The objective of the Investor Relations team is to create value by clearly and accurately communicating key financial and operating updates on the Company. As Sr. Manager, Investor Relations, you will be responsible for supporting the company's engagement with the investment community and all internal and external stakeholders. This includes, but is not limited to, owning aspects of the quarterly earnings reporting process, assisting with investor outreach, crafting the corporate narrative for investor communications, and preparing the senior leadership team for investor and sell-side analyst engagements. As Sr. Manager, Investor Relations, you partner with the communications team, legal, brand finance and FP&A teams. This role offers the unique opportunity to interact with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders including senior management, sellside equity research analysts and institutional investors. Responsibilities: Assist with preparation and managemnet of quarterly earnings process, including reviewing and supporting the production of SEC filings, press releases, prepared remarks, talking points for Q&A and other reporting related items Support drafting of investor presentations and/or talking points to ensure management is prepared for conferences, meetings or events Monitor shareholder base, sellside equity research reports, and peer results Facilitate annual shareholder meeting Create and support execution of investor outreach strategy, including managing investor database Help maintain consistency of external communications working closely with Communications team Participate in calls and meetings with sellside research analysts and institutional investors Manages investor relations website Monitors inbound investor communications through the Company's investor relations inbox Drafts language to support disclosure around various financial topics and updates Performs other related duties assigned Qualifications & Skills: Hunger to learn, develop skills and advance within the Company Willingness to work hard to deliver results Strong interpersonal skills and comfort interacting closely with senior management and leadership team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Mastery of accounting and financial concepts Ability to convert complex financial information into understandable messages Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with SAP/Hyperion preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred.
