Position Specific Description

This position reports to the Cash Manager/Supervisor and is responsible for supporting all cash/banking activities. Employees in this role conduct basic operational analysis that supports the financial capital needs of the company. Key Responsibilities include small to medium special projects, quantitative and qualitative research, process design and report development. Individuals in this role apply standardized tools and techniques. Set up & Maintain cash management relationships with various banks and financial institutions. Conduct analyses of day to day treasury and banking functions for all companies, reviewing bank activity reports and resolve any discrepancies that may occur. Advise various business units on movement of funds. Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate with other departments to accomplish goals. Candidates require strong communication skills and working with several departments including legal, accounting, treasury and multiple banks.

• Open/Close of bank accounts and Sap bank configuration changes
