Responsibilities
The Vines is currently looking for a HR Coordinator.
The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Director of Human Resources for a variety of Human Resources functions in very fast paced healthcare environment. Assists with recruiting for vacant positions, conducting new employee and benefit orientation, maintains and audits all employee records and files, and assists in organizing employee activities and events. In addition, the HR Coordinator duties will include data entry, filing, copying, faxing and other clerical responsibilities as assigned. The HR Coordinator must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality regarding the information and documentation processed in Human Resources. Acts as backup for the department in the Human Resources Director's absence.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is strongly preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources. Prior experience in a Health Care or Hospital environment preferred or any combination of education, training or experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality required. Highly service oriented individual who is able to provide exceptional Customer Service in person and by phone. Must be self-directed and organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. .Excellent computer, data entry, and clerical skills.
Must be regularly able to sit for periods up to eight (8) hours; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
