Front Office Admin (Temp to Perm)

Your new role

strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
Greeting visitors
Catalog, review, and dole out incoming mail according to specified procedures
Managing all incoming phone calls
Provide in-office support to the department with day-to-day operations
Perform data entry, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
Order office supplies and any other materials on an as needed basis
Assist in any other general administrative support as needed by the team
Large upward mobility + temp to perm potential - moving into a Senior Admin position

What you'll need to succeed

High school or equivalent required
Ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience
Light proficiency with Word and Excel
Knowledge and passion for growing in the construction industry a plus
Ability to prioritize duties
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Good attention to detail
Must be able to commute to office in Oldsmar, FL
Bi-Lingual Spanish a plus
