Overview:
Kingspan Insulation has expanded in the US in 2021. We have gone from 2 to 6 locations, and are now located in 5 different states since the beginning of 2021. We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team. This position may be located in Miami, FL or Winchester, VA.
The Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting with a focus on attracting exempt and non-exempt employees across our 6 locations. You will perform full lifecycle recruiting while maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at large. This role will have a key focus in further developing our talent acquisition strategies and employment brand. A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required. You will partner with others to develop and execute staffing strategies, enhance the companys visibility/reputation in key recruiting channels, and help position Kingspan as an employer of choice amongst target candidates.

- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting for manufacturing/warehouse/labor roles, along with sales, marketing, accounting and management roles.
- Engages with applicants from the screening phase to onboarding.
- Manages candidate communication, and experience throughout the entire hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience and position the company as the employer of choice.
- Sources, recruits, screens, interviews, and assesses candidates for non-exempt and exempt roles, to exceed the hiring managers needs and expectations.
- Proactively identifies, sources, and recruits candidates utilizing a variety of sources including, but not limited to, job boards, internet searching, sourcing tools, referrals, networking, local schools, job fairs, social media, and talent communities/career opportunity organizations.
- Requisition Management, conducting pre-screening interviews and coordinating phone, video, and onsite interviews - acting as the liaison between the candidate and the manager.
- Manages the offer process, including, offer letter generation, background checks, drug screens, and offer acceptance/turndowns.
- Revises job descriptions, staffing, and sourcing procedures to continually improve and streamline the recruiting process and to maximize resources.
- Consults on market trends, hourly rates for contingent labor and advise on hiring strategies and keeps a pulse on the local talent pool.
- Builds strategic alliances and maintains relationships with staffing agencies, universities and technical colleges, military TAP personnel, local employment offices, community organizations, professional, and non-profit organizations, and government agencies to positively impact the recruiting efforts and name branding.
- Interprets and analyzes data to present so enhancements can be made to the hiring process such as revisions of behavioral-based interview guides, job descriptions, compensation, and success indicators.
- Work closely with HR Team and Plant Managers to discuss local employment trends, candidate availability, and make/implement recommendations to continue recruiting success.
- Assists in the development of employee onboarding and training programs.
- Attends scheduled trainings and meetings.
- Schedules and conducts plant meetings.
- Conducts employee performance reviews.
Education and/or Experience: A Bachelors degree is preferred. High School Diploma/GED is required.
Minimum three (3) years experience full cycle recruiting; high volume or agency staffing recruiting experience required (prefer experience recruiting for a manufacturing environment), or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the above knowledge, skills and abilities.
