Job description

Salary: $65,000Position Summary: This position is a travel support position and will be responsible for providing high volume, full life-cycle recruitment & other various HR tasks to support our Operations Executives for hourly staffing. The role will entail administering the recruiting process from posting requisitions through onboarding, which includes creating job postings, active and passive candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, pre-employment checks, scheduling interviews, compliance, extending offers and follow-up after hire.Experience and Qualifications:Experience with high volume recruiting in multiple disciplines,Proven ability in active and passive candidate sourcing & relationship building.Provide excellent customer service and computer skills including Microsoft Office products, other web-based software, HRIS software, and ATS systems.Have effective oral and written communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.Ability to work and foster teamwork with various groups within the company and work independently.Working knowledge of various employment laws and practices.Detail-oriented and results-driven. Ability to maintain confidentiality in human resource work.Have a working knowledge of payroll practices.Create a positive hiring experience for all new hires.Requirements:Must be willing to travel 60% to 80%.A bachelor's degree preferred.2 yrs minimum of full-cycle recruiting experience requiredPrevious experience with culinary and hospitality management and hourly recruitingSummary:HHS was founded in 1975 by Jim Spry, who began his work in the outsourcing business in 1964 with Red Top, Inc, a company that pioneered hospital housekeeping support services.
