Job description

The Human Resources Generalist will support the Director of Human Resources with the day-to-day tasks of the Human Resources Department, which supports 19 stores across the state of Florida.

What will you do?

• Full life-cycle recruitment including post jobs, source, screen, recruit and present high quality talent to hiring managers for selection.
• Promotes interviewing best practices and techniques.
• Partner with field leaders to determine ideal candidate and develop talent strategy.
• Conduct pre-employment background checks.
• Maintain and provide support for the HRIS and ATS.
• Conducts on-boarding as needed.
• Assists with job fairs and advertising of job opportunities.
• Conduct exit interviews.
• Provide HR analytic reports such as cost-per-hire, attrition, time-to-fill.
• Handles all unemployment claims.
• Handles all workers' compensation claims.
• Assist with annual open enrollment.
• Assist in development and implementation of policies.
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation.
• Assist with other day-to-day duties of the Human Resources department

What experience do you need?

• At least one year supporting HR functions and processes including recruiting.

This position will be required to be in the office five days a week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
