• No Cold Calling - Our closers take opt-in live calls from homeowners, work to discover their "why", present offer options, and obtain a decision from the seller to sell.
• Use the MLS and other software provided to understand the market and make appropriate offers on homes.
• Understand the needs and wants of sellers and presenting them with the best options that coincide with profitable opportunities for Quick Cash Offer, creating win-win situations.
• Maintain your pipeline of leads and follow up regularly using our custom automated CRM.

• High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
• Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases

• Must be self-motivated and a desire to be the best
