SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

Accounting Principals has a Fortune 500 Client based out of Florida, that is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support Financial Systems and Accounting with multiple Consumer Products and e-commerce projects.

The ideal Senior Financial Analyst candidate will have experience with Financial Planning, Analysis, Forecasting and e-commerce.

Responsibilities include:

· Perform manual accounting activities to support the launch of a new retail marketplace, until automated processes are implemented
· Create and book accounting journal entries
· Recognize revenues and cost of merchandise
· Monitor accounts receivable aging
· Monitor deliverables related to transaction tax
· Perform matching of vendor invoices and submit for AP payment
· Support the implementations of IBM Sterling order management systems (OMS) for Shop-in-Shop (SiS) retailers and the publishing line of business
· Create Business Objects reports for reconciliation and accounting from Hana and other databases
· Reconcile data between multiple systems (SAP, OMS, middleware systems, retailer systems, etc.)
· Document requirements and process flows, and identify opportunities for efficiency and automation
· Ensure changes are properly integrated within required financial systems
· Support change management efforts through testing, documentation, and training
· Effectively communicate with team members, clients, subject matter experts and stakeholders
· Assisting with gathering project deliverables and timelines, taking meeting notes
· Strong accounting knowledge and experience with reconciliations, journal entries, T-accounts and reporting
· Experience working with large data sets, preferably advanced Pivot Table skills, Business Objects
· Report Writing and Analysis for Office addins for HANA reproting
· Experience documenting financial requirements and process flows
· Experience supporting a complex project with multiple system integrations and tight timelines
· Experience performing Financial Integration Testing (FIT) and documenting results
· Effective communication with stakeholders, subject matter experts, clients and project team member
· Experience supporting B2B and B2C e-commerce business models

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology or related field is required
· CPA Preferred
