Job description

Summary of the role:

Are you the next Systems Engineer (Business Analyst) we are looking for?

• You will be for Passenger Automation at Airports (also referred to as Business Analyst at ICM)

In this role you'll:

• Get to understand the Clients requirements
• Negotiate a Technical Solution that fulfills the Clients requirements within the bounds of the technology that ICM and Amadeus can deliver
• Generate Functional Design Specifications (FDSs) and Solution Development Reports (including flow charts) that describes in detail how the solution is going to work.
• Obtain Sign-Off from the Client on the agreed functionality
• Ensure that the Product Development Team has a clear understanding of the solution that is agreed with the Client.
• Hold regular technical meetings to ensure that the solution being developed meets the FDS documents and Client's expectations
• Assist the Project Manager with Project Scheduling
• Prepare plans and Procedures for Testing and Quality Assurance of the Solution
• Keep up to date with market and Quality Management trends to ensure that ICM is ahead of the curve regarding the latest technological advancements and client requirements

About the ideal candidate:

• Basic qualifications and skills:
  • Engineering Degree.
  • 4-5 years' experience in IT.
• Preferred qualifications and skills:
  • Experience in Systems Engineering Design and IT Solutions
• Travel Requirements (include all applicable regions and corresponding percentages):
  • Requirement to travel to Airports where Projects are being executed.
  • Trips may require stays away from home, including globally. 50% travel required.
