Our firm has been engaged by one of the staffing industry's fastest-growing and most respected Technology & Life Sciences Solutions Firms to identify an experienced Sr. Business Development/Account Management Leader to drive their solutions offering.

Anticipated first-year OTE $300K - $400K plus; comp. includes generous base plus uncapped commission.

Client Profile: a premier single-source provider of business and technology solutions with a strong vertical focus offering an integrated suite of services through a global delivery platform. Including Life science solutions offering a broad range of consulting and management services to pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device manufacturers. These services include but are not limited to, Regulatory, Clinical Data Systems, Digital Transformation, Commercialization, Data Analytics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 5 plus (8+ pref.) years of overall sales experience required and 5+ years of Solution Selling experience
• Life Science Vertical requires knowledge of business processes in the Life Sciences or Healthcare (e.g. Pharma, Biotech, Medical Device) Industry, i.e., Regulatory, Clinical Data Systems, Digital Transformation, Commercialization, Data Analytics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.
• Solid industry contacts preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation skills, independent, door opener/hunter, & closer.
• 4-year degree.
