Job description

• Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
• Prepares team members for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including hiring websites, social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
• Establish & maintain a highly functioning ATS system that works for our industry.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews with applicants to determine if they qualified to extend job offers.
• Ensure proper onboarding & orientation for new hires, ensure the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
• Actively work towards building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization and its goals.
• Assist with admin and dispatch duties during lull times.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records.
• Responsible for ADP task executions and system maintenance.
• Maintain benefits program for compliance, enrollment, etc.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age and have a valid drivers' license of the type required to operate the applicable motor vehicle.
• Pass a criminal background check in accordance with Amazon's standards (included as an onboarding step in the Portal).
• Pass a motor vehicle record check in accordance with Amazon's standards (included as an onboarding step in the Portal, and applicable to motor vehicle operators only).
• Pass a five-panel drug test administered by your company or a third-party vendor where allowed by applicable Law.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong sense of ownership/ accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM Certification or SPHR

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
